The office staff was excellent, the cleanliness of the room 10 STARS and just overall perfect for our family with kids ranging from 3-12. Thank you to this staff and crew, excellent vacation spot!

The maintenance cleaning the pool area every morning, the security making sure only guest are in the pool/hot tub, and the cleanliness of the property and room made this a top tier stay for our family. We will be back many many more time. Thank you to the weekend Team, everything was excellent and you guys are doing Fantastic!

The property manager is very friendly and professional.

This was the 2nd year we stayed at this property we like it alot. It's very convenient. Easy excess to the main street where we did our shopping. Also it's small so it's quiet. We'll return on 2026.

This was an amazing family trip that created fabulous memories, thanks to the lovely condo and the perfect location for our group. Best stocked kitchen and wetbar ever! We certainly enjoyed our visit and hope to return for more fun in SPI. The amenties were abundant, the view was lovely, the furnishings were comfy and tasteful. We lacked for NOTHING and are very girateful to our hosts and to Soila/Dianna for their expert guidance.

The condo was clean spacious. It had everything needed for a great stay. Shopping for groceries and small items was close by. Unit 504 was amazing!

The office ladies are alway super nice to us.

Our experience is only with Unit 105 but we love it. Easy access to the beach and a short drive/walk to the gas station, Blackbeards, Family Dollar, etc.

Soila is a very professional individual who goes above and beyond for her clients.

Every member of the team from the office staff to the maintenance staff to the cleaning staff to the security staff...is phenomenal!!! It is a very well balanced system they have going here with everyone being of the upmost in their field!

We generally stay here at Seabreeze 1 in the month of December. This is the first time we have stayed in May & over Memorial Day weekend. Room #105 was perfect for our week long trip this time. The property was booked at full capacity & I truly respect how well the staff kept everything in such control & running smoothly over such a busy time! There was some maintenance being done to the building but was not effecting our stay in any way. Efforts were made to keep everything running on track for all of the guests during our stay here. I simply cannot say enough good about Seabreeze 1!! I recommend staying here whether you are going for a weekend, a week, a month or even longer!! They go above & beyond to make your experience the best on the island! Thank you to Soila, Robert, Dianna & ALL the staff for everything they do! They keep us coming back on a regular basis & we truly appreciate everyone!!!

The staff was very friendly. They went above and beyond when they called to inform me that my car did not have the parking permit showing and the tow truck was in the parking lot.

2nd time staying at Sea Breeze 1. It is such a fantastic location with all units having a beautiful view of the ocean. I will certainly be back for future stays.
