Condo 301 was perfect.

Great location

We have been returning to Sea Breeze for over 30 years. That says it all!

Our check in was the best we'd ever had. She was friendly, polite, and kin.

This was one of the best condos we've stayed at. Unit 402 was practically perfect. There were plenty of amenities and the kitchen was stocked with all the basics you'd need for cooking. There were plenty of towels and the couch was comfortable. The balcony and view were spectacular! We love having tall seats that allow us to just gaze at the surf all day! Will recommend to friends and family and will be back!

Everyone was very friendly, and very helpful.

We had a blast, and being so close to the water and having easy access to the beach was a great perk. We loved the reserved parking slot we had too, it made it easy to come and go and not have to worry about finding parking.

The staff was friendly and nice to deal with. We booked the condo through Travelocity but didn't know the condo was not available on the last night. They called me soon after to tell me they couldn't book us the last night and changed our reservation for us.

We loved our stay here and it exceeded our expectations. Large balconies looking onto the beach and a quaint pool area. We wanted a relaxing trip and we achieved it there.

Seabreeze is absolutely the best! Its a spectacular location, the pool and facilities are well kept, and front office staff are friendly and helpful! The condos are always clean and ready, and the beach is gorgeous! Weve had a great time the last two years and will definitely be back!

Very friendly staff. Called to confirm my check in and also gave me another car pass when I didnt have mine so my car wouldnt get towed.

Perfect location and very well maintained property. Unit 201 is beautifully decorated with a lot of seating and a well stocked kitchen. The beach umbrella and chair came in handy too. Well be back again. Thank you so much!

We love Seabreeze 1. Since we discovered it many years ago, its become our place for our annual family beach vacation. We have already booked for next summer.

From the first view upon arrival to the last night, everything was excellent. Comfortable beds made our stay relaxing. The pool area is very well kept and inviting. There was no issue with noise. I couldnt believe how clean everything was. Beach access was easy. This place is a gem! The cost was more affordable than Port Aransas with easier access to groceries and entertainment.

Your team is always friendly and helpful. Its one of the reasons we stay at Seabreeze and recommend it to our friends.

We loved our stay recently. It was just what we needed to decompress from a long academic and work year. We will definitely be back again this summer or next.

I wish that you put in additional accessibility features. Only one ramp to the parking lot and its on one end of the building. No ramps for beach access although you have a great mat that is accessible. Consider putting in additional ramps, please!

The rental process was easy and fast. No hassle. The office manager was friendly and answered my questions and was very pleasant when I turned in keys.

Its a beautiful property right on the beach. Very clean, quiet and well equipped with any and everything needed. I would wake up before my family and watch the sunrise with my cup of coffee. Listening to the waves splash down. The pool are was cleaned every morning. You can tell the Seabreeze takes pride in their property. Simply gorgeous.
