The team is very accommodating and provides great customer service.

Everything was great. The location is convenient to everything and especially to the beach. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The condo is very roomy and very well maintained.

Staff was nice & friendly as well as accommodating! Young man cleaning around pool area was doing a great job and very pleasant to visit with.

We love the smaller atmosphere as we had 3 units rented and could go back & forth easily! Love the access to beach and liked it being a little off season with few renters! Very peaceful. Great family vacation!!

Sola and Daina were both gracious hostesses. They explained the details of our stay.

I was glad to observe that staff cleaned the elevator and did visual checks of the balcony side of the units. This ensured the the total good looks of the complex. One item that may need attention is the BBQ pits especially the propane grill.

Soila will make sure to ask if you have any questions. Soila will always try to help with any issue that may arise. Overall Soila is just a Great Person! Diana will also help you with anything she can. Diana was very easy to talk. Diana is another Great Person! Robert will talk to you like you are a friend. He will ask you about your plans for the day. He always greeted me in the morning if he saw me on the balcony. Robert is a Great Person too! These are the individuals that I interacted with more on this last visit. These individuals will go out of their way to make sure you have a super duper vacation!!!

My Family and I had a wonderful time at Sea Breeze 1 for our vacation this year! Great staff! Made my family and I fell like Family! The Condo was Amazing! The property grounds were Awesome! If anyone is looking for a Family environment, you have to check out Sea Breeze 1! You will have a Great vacation at sea Breeze 1!

Friendly Professional Attentive to all our needs and requests

Team members were very friendly and helpful. Someone parked in our spot, they took care of it. Just very friendly people who want you to enjoy your stay and they will do anything in their power to make it happen.

We love Seabreeze 1. We wont stay anywhere else. Its our home away from home.

Overall a very pleasant experience. Nice well kept lawn. Can use an upgrade on patio furniture. The only complaint would be the tall sliding glass door track. We all tripped on it at one time or another.

The property manager was very diligent in making sure we had our parking space available for our use when others who should not be using it were parked in it. Additionally, her assistant responded to our questions and concerns about the refrigerator in the unit quickly.

It really is a perfect location to book. We have gone 2 years in a row and cant wait to plan our next trip.

Beautiful views from 5th floor. Amazing sunrise every morning. Gorgeous facilities with awesome pool & hot tub. Condo furnished nicely. Lots of restaurant options within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

Love the refurbished pool! Also like the small complex. We have been coming to SPI for over 30 years and Seabreeze 1 is the only place we stay!
